This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and what to expect throughout the process.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping provider

To be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, along with clear documentation (order number and photos if relevant).

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

Opened or used puzzles
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Pre-order items once production has begun
Digital products or downloadable content

We encourage customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Pre-Orders & Special Editions

Some YALDY™ products are offered as pre-orders and produced in limited quantities.

Once a pre-order has entered production, cancellations or refunds are generally not possible
If a significant delay or issue occurs on our side, we will notify you and offer an appropriate solution

Approved refunds are processed by YALDY™ within 7–14 business days.

Please note:

For orders within Israel, refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days after approval
For international orders, the time for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing times, and local regulations, and may take longer

YALDY™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
That said, we always make every effort to process refunds as quickly and smoothly as possible, because trust and transparency matter to us
